Show us the error..
There is always an option of offline update of the phone. Send the screenshot of version name and i will tell you how you can do offline update your phone.

Just looking through the thread, as there is not much to go off of, there is probably a few things you can try.
1. Turn phone off and on again.
2. Make sure you are connected to Wifi.
3. Make sure the phone has enough power and is plugged in to a power source (charging).
I don’t know the phone particularly but these are general things that could possibly apply to anything.

Another thing I just thought of is that sometimes phones will stop being supported with software updates and only newer versions will be supported, leaving the older generations stuck in an older software version.
I would rule out the steps above first though.
