WPL 2025 Auction LIVE Updates:

The Women's Premier League 2025 mini-auction is currently underway as five WPL teams aim to fill up their remaining 19 slots. Leg-spinner Simran Shaikh has been bought by Mumbai Indians for a massive sum of Rs 1.90 crore, while Tamil Nadu's 16-year-old G Kamilini fetched 1.60 crore as she also joined MI. The auction started with West Indies all-rounder Deandra Dottin who was sold to Gujarat Giants for Rs 1.70 crore. Meanwhile, big Indian names likes Sneh Rana and Poonam Yadav went unsold in the first round. (
