#1 Why you don't want to age?The old concept "Aging is connected with maturity" is getting replaced by the new generation. People try to keep their young look always. In the opinions of fitness experts modern generation try to keep mental and physical fitness on check. Especially true for the aesthetics views. This article will be discussing about tricks that can make yourself young. Why premature aging happens?There are several life styles as well as genetical disorders which causes premature aging. While it is not fully restrictable when considering genetical reasons, you can surely slow down the process for years. Never ever go on with stressStress is the one major fact that kills our fitness both physically and mentally. It creates specific hormones in our body like Cortisol which is known as stress hormone secreted by adrenal gland. While this hormone is beneficial to fight a stress situation, having too much Cortisol in the body will effect our sleep and other activities. Normally cortisol levels are high in day time to make us work and low in night to give us a relaxation. The solution is to keep stress reducing exercise everyday. Control food habitsModern foods are based on taste mostly. There are lot of fat and chemicals included in our diet nowadays. Maybe some spicy foods or included with sugar and salt. We use lot of caffeine products as well. Considering the ingredients people especially from young boys and girls get matured very early. We can see children attain puberty at a very young age. The young people become prematurely old with their belly out of their body along with diseases like diabetes, cholesterol etc. To solve this issue we need to keep a Firewall to block foods that affect our fitness. Reduce the sugar and spicy foods and stop junk foods. I will be writing about good food habits for everyday in another article soon. Keep some silly but useful exercisesI am not going to tell that you should go for a body building. But some physical exercises from home will help you to keep your fitness excellent. We should keep a moderate way of exercises rather than going for an extreme level of exercises. Consistency is better than going deep. Not doing physical works may reduce our muscle strength and body balance. Exercises will release good hormones that change your mental fitness too. So there are atleast four kinds of different exercises that will help you to keep your fitness. I will be writing an article about this soon. Say no to random soaps, creams and chemicalsConsidering the technological advances we have lot of cosmetic items in the market nowadays. Some are checked and some are not checked by health experts. People usually buy cosmetic items by reading feedbacks and reviews from the product websites. There are advertisements which look like trustful feedbacks from a trustful customer. Most of them are based on financial benefits only. It is better to avoid cosmetic products which are not necessary for us. Using too much Chemicals on our skin and hair will destroy the skin's capacity to regenerate themselves. It is better to go with natural remedies if the diseases are not an important one. Using soap with bleaching effect everyday on our skin will also damage the skin. After using the soap on our skin you may feel that you look more white than before but it will be only temporary solution. After a while the skin will start reacting to the chemicals by inflammation or darkening or breakouts. Drink plenty of waterThere is an old saying about 8 glass of water everyday. Keep this on action, drink at least three litres of water everyday to give hydration to our body organs and give them chance to clean themselves. Water is essential for every body organ including skin and hair. Less water in the body breaks its function. Limit and sun exposureBeing on the sunlight gives you Vitamin D. But you don't need to be in the hot ground for getting Vitamin D every hour. 30 minutes sunlight maybe enough for getting enough vitamin D for the body for a week if you are not having deficiency of Vitamin D. Sun light may include ultraviolet rays which may harm our skin and lead to aging. Having a good sun screen with atleast SPF 30 will surely benefit us, but considering the ingredients of sunscreen we should think twice about using it on our skin. If using try to use a broad spectrum sunscreen. Can premature aging be reversed?Yes to certain extent, follow the guidelines. It will do wonders. It is discovered that even people who go grey hair at early age due stress situation were able to reverse the grey hairs in black again. Avoid extremism, go moderateIt is better to avoid trying too high sometimes. A moderate level may be best in that occasion. So think well before taking decisions.
