#3 @Crash_TV_ the new guidelines require telegram, whatsapp etc to keep a watch on messages sent by users, well they can give some unique id to messages and keep the first originator checked while the message being created for first time. Since the messages are encrypted, it will be a tough task for providers. https://www.businessinsider.in/tech/apps/news/whatsapp-signal-and-telegram-face-a-catch-22-situation-as-indias-new-social-media-rules-threaten-encryption/amp_articleshow/81221070.cms Eventhough from a developer perspective for providers this is possible without looking into messages sent by users, the matter will be on how they will implement it. | |
