India vs Australia 2nd Test LIVE Updates:

Right before the fifth ball of the 25th over, Marnus Labuschagne pulled away from his stance after getting distracted by a spectator near the sight screen. It didn't go well with Mohammed Siraj, who was on his run-up and was just about to bowl the delivery. A frustrated Siraj after spotting the reaction of Labuschagne deliberately threw the ball towards the stumps, before getting to know what actually happened. Nathan McSweeney and Marnus Labuschagne have put one-down Australia in control vs India on Day 1 of the ongoing second Test in Adelaide. Jasprit Bumrah provided India with their first wicket as he dismissed Usman Khawaja for 13, but Australia have made a good recovery post that. Earlier, Mitchell Starc's impressive six-wicket haul helped Australia bundle out India for 180. Opting to bat first, India kept on losing wickets regularly. Nitish Kumar Reddy was the highest scorer with 42 runs. Apart from him, KL Rahul and Shubman Gill also scored 37 and 31 runs respectively. For Australia, Mitchell Starc took six wickets while Scott Boland and Pat Cummins took two wickets each. (LIVE SCORECARD)
