Private Personal Reply Feature Added

To help those who want to share a particular message/link to a particular user you can use Private Personal Reply Feature. Hope this will help you to ease your work without sending pms.
Unlike private messages/pms these messages will be visible to all staff and advancies to avoid spam. You can't view your own message if you are just a member if you are using this feature.
To use this make sure you add a tag at the beginning of your post in the format of ##username message.
For eg: ##Mr.Love I am sending you a personal reply-----------------
