Hiii,
My Laptop ( H.P. - Intel Core i 3) not connect wth any mobile for data sharing only charning showing. I'm try diffrent 5-6 mobile but any mobile not conncet. Please Share some solution.

Have you tried Troubleshoot network option?
Also you may share your OS details to get more info. Sometimes it may be an issue of nework driver.

connect ur mobile to laptop
in mobile, enable 'mobile data'
then goto 'settings' - 'connnection and sharing' - 'usb tethering - ON'

First check that the cable u are using is a data cable
2nd there might be port problem with ur PC
Sometime ur PC power supply can't provide enough current to drive all connection of USB port so only charging happens
Try on any other PC if same phone works there then there is hardware issue

Hope it's all solved with USB tethering?
If not, you can also check device manager to confirm you have the right WiFi driver
