Introduction


Indian Polity is a book written by M Lakshmikant and published by Mc Graw Hill Education India Private Limited. The book elaborately explains the Indian constitutional aspects as well as the history of Indian government institutions.The book is a must read for civil services aspirants. The book is continuously updated by the author with the latest informations. Currently the 7th edition is running.

What are the special features of this book?


The book is specially focused on civil services exam, but it will surely give an idea about Indian constitution to every public reader. The book comprehensively explains articles of the constitution along with the chapters. It is the final solution for every competitive examination related to Indian Polity and administration. About the author


M Lakshmikant obtained his postgraduate degree in Political Science from Osmania University in 1989. He is the former founder and director of an erstwhile coaching institute called Lakshmikanth IAS Academy Hyderabad. Other books by him include governance in India, objective Indian Polity and public administration.
