In Astishi relief, the BJP defamation case dismissed by the court

A Delhi court has dismissed a defamation case filed by the BJP against Chief Minister Atishi, who had claimed in April last year that she had been approached by the saffron party to join it or face 'arrest' by the Enforcement Directorate within a month.


The case had been filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor.


This was a month before Delhi was to vote in the 2024 Lok Sabha election.
