Since you are burning calories, you must take more calories in order to gain weight. Increase milk, chappati, oats, daliya and other dairy products in your diet and take total 5-6 meals in a day. Meal 1 - Breakfast .. Around 8am (Super Heavy - Must be oats, banana, milk, dry fruits) Meal 2 - Mid Noon Snack .. Around 11-11.30 am Meal 3 - Lunch .. Around 1-2 pm Meal 4 - Evening Snack - 5 pm Meal 5 - Dinner .. Around 8-9 pm Meal 6 - Before 1 hour Bed Time .. (preferably Milk) | |
