Parliament Winter Session Live Updates:

Protest vs protest, BJP vs Congress, and a major political slugfest. The Congress is holding a major protest in the Parliament against Union Home Minister Amit Shah's remarks regarding Dr BR Ambedkar during the Constitution debate in the Rajya Sabha. The Congress MPs scaled the parliament boundary, demanding an apology and the Home Minister's resignation.

On the other hand, the BJP, too, has initiated a protest march, alleging insult of BR Ambedkar by the Congress party.

Amid protests, both the Houses have been adjourned till 2 pm.

While the Congress-led opposition has accused Mr Shah of insulting the architect of the Constitution, the BJP has alleged that the Opposition party was circulating clipped videos and playing cheap tricks.

Mr Shah claims that the Congress has "distorted" his remarks.
