#1 Friends, I'm in a desperate situation... Initially, my laptop used to close the any software all of the sudden. I used to think it's because of a faulty internal keyboard do i bought an external one(bluetooth combo). Then also it did the same but atleast i was able to login. Now, since yesterday the laptop doesn't allow, me to login at signin page... While the boot up password is all fine... So the internal and external keyboard looks fine... But i can't login what to do please suggest... As I'm a professional and it s really hard time for me.. Also I have Bit Defender Antivirus installed on my laptop (Licensed copy. Please, do help me. |

#2 Please share some screenshots either by taking with your mobile cam. For a temporary solution can you try restarting the laptop and holding shift key while the login screen appears. Keep tapping shift if not work. This may be due to some OS errors. ----------------- 1 ❤: KRAZY, |

#3 first check with any livecd(cd/dvd or bootable usb drive[flash drive]) if this happens in that also so replace ur laptop's keyboard, bcoz if ur bluetooth keyboard is attached and working also but ur laptop's keyboard still in use i.e.., if some keys are pressed(so its malfunctioning), then that error occurs. -------- if in livecd is all ok. then copy(take backup) important data to other drive or if u have external usb hdd or flash(pen) drive by using any livecd and reinstall os windows/linux----------------- 1 ❤: KRAZY, |
