Frendz4m runs with the support of a family of its members, so giving back to the family is our duty.
Currently frendz4m has a great potential to earn through monetization with google adsense. it had in the past before I came to this responsibility, my intention was always good.
This is a plan that I like to implement in the future.
A monthly salary for all working staff based on their power of status.
When this future will be enabled?
Sadly it took 4 years for getting 100$
But some days with 300+ visitors we get 1$+, that means we get more when we get visitors. How to get visitors? The answer is more quality topics.
I think the feature can be enabled once we have atleast 25+ active writers/authors in forum.

How do you get an active forum to begin with???
Change this shitty user interface for the god sake, it's confusing and annoying, I can bet you a lot of visitors that stumble upon this site through google searches avoid it like a plauge, thinking it's a phishing website, the user interface is just appalling. I used to be a senior member of other forum back in the days, and it used to highly active, made alot of friends there, sadly admin couldn't keep paying the server bills and the forum was shutdown.

@tintin Thanks for your suggestion, changing appearance of forum requires lot of work. Between if you can mention where you got confused then I will be able to fix the particular feature.

@Mr.Love It's hard to differentiate replies from the other options, adding proper padding and margin will make a big difference.
What is this forum running on? vBulletin???

@Mr.Love for some reason the option you have highlighted isn't available to me.
why is there a forced monthly password change policy in place? It's not like I am operating a bank account or social media accounts
that I should be paranoid about.
If you need help tweaking the user interface let me know this shit is ugly af.
