Hi all,
I am welcoming one new partner who can 40% profit from advertising revenues.
This partnership will be made as per the following terms.
1. There will be 3000 Rs(Indian rupees) installment as the partnership fee per year, it is non refundable and is for the script coder.
2. The profit for the partner is 40% of advertising revenue.
3. The profit for the website owner is 60% of advertising revenue.
4. The website owner will pay server charges and no additional charge for partner.
5. The contract will be for 1 year, there after any of the partner can terminate the contract or both partner can renew the contract.
6. The partner will have ownership status and can add admins/article writers upto head admin with the agreement of website owner.
7. Regarding the website contents, website owner will have the final words as he is liable for issues. He can remove contents if it is a threat to the website's existence.
